The Mausoleum Tomb of Maussollus, King of Caria was decorated with many statues. Built 35 BC by the Persians and Greeks, it was 135 feet tall. It was built in the Persian empire, which is now modern Turkey. It was destroyed by European Crusaders and Earthquakes.
